Product Code Number

All standard products have an assigned product code number shown on the boxes for ease in ordering and inventory control. All products are sold in full packages only.

Certifications

There is a lot number stamped on the outside of the box of every HOLO-KROME socket screws. From this number, we can, when requested, certify the chemical analysis, the raw material supplier and the mechanical/dimensional properties of the product.

Product Plating & Modification

HOLO-KROME shall not be responsible for products plated or modified in any manner not under its control.

Custom Designed Fastener Solutions

Products not listed in this schedule are special and will be quoted on request. Blueprints and specifications should accompany your request. Shipments: We will attempt to ship in accordance with your instructions and by carrier of your choice. However, final selection of method of shipment and carrier will be at our sole discretion.

Limited Warranty and Exclusion Remedy

Products sold hereunder which are manufactured by HOLO-KROME are warranted to conform to specifications of latest issue. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties whether expressed or implied, including without limitations any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

HOLO-KROME will repair or replace without charge to the buyer, except for the cost of shipping, products under warranty, which are returned to HOLO-KROME's factory which HOLO-KROME in its sole opinion finds were not manufactured in accordance with the warranty and have not been subjected to misuse or modified in any way.

This shall be the sole and exclusive remedy of the buyer under this warranty.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Liability on any claim of any kind, including negligence, for any loss or damage arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the performance or breach of the terms hereof, or from the design, manufacture, sale, delivery, resale, installation, technical direction, inspection, repair, or use of any product shall in no case exceed the price of the products which give rise to the claim. In no event, including the case of a claim for negligence, shall HOLO-KROME have any liability for any incidental or consequential damage.
